CRCL Cypress Tree Planting
March 17 - March 18
Volunteers needed March 17 & 18! Our final plantings for the Communities Restoring Urban Swamp Habitat (CRUSH) project will conclude this month after 5 years of planting trees along Louisiana’s coast. We will be planting 500 cypress trees along the Atchafalaya River to create habitat and sustain the Atchafalaya basin. This event will include a 30-minute boat ride to the planting site.
